Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return or exchange process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your Fancii products in their original packaging, ensuring all attachments and power cables are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
